Customers are presented with the following error message: "Something went wrong. Please wait a few minutes and try again." Customers who are prompted to enrol in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) should complete the enrolment process and avoid attempting to skip this crucial step. Sage Online Services - Operational
May 21, 08:44 UTC Resolved - We identified that on the 20th of May, for a few minutes, customers in the UK and Ireland were unable to access Sage for Accountants. Customers were being presented with the following error message "You cannot access this page". The issue is now resolved and the service is available and performing as expected.
